If you’re experiencing an issue with Now On Vision or have a question about your account, we’re here to help.

  1. Check your connection – Ensure your Vision Pro is online and signed in with the same Apple ID used in the app.

  2. Restart the app – Close and reopen Now On Vision to refresh your session.

  3. Update the app – Make sure you’re using the latest version available on the App Store.
